Russian translation (RU) for v2.12 beta 4

Thanks clubfan - did you see the translation tool a few posts above - I found one issue with your file using the new tool There is also a mailing list that I'm sending updates too if you want to join it (again see a few posts up from here).

Confirming that bug i was mailing you about is solved, works like a charm.

Thou if could you could point out the Translation tool to the English file on your server.
So we could update it and send it to you before release, so we wont be behind, Next program version will have updated translation (just a thought) if people will manage to find time and update it in timely manner.

Could you add line numbering on left side ? Much easier to return to the place after saving the file, and after save, program should go back to the place where we worked, for example if i worked on line 125 and i wanna save (default behaviour is to reload file and start on line 0) than after save and reload program should jump to the place where i was, instead to line 0.

Thats not so easy - but the point of the mailing list is to be able to send these pre-release english template files which you can then load into the tool. But I will have a think about it. It does not matter if we get behind in a beta release, but I hope I will be able to get the template out every time it changes (by mailing list and latest beta) so we should be covered.

Thank you! I'll keep helping as long as I can.

And, also I want to clarify that I tried to fit the strings in the label control sizes, but it couldn't be done in all of them. So, if anyone find a string needed to be fixed, please let me know.
