Could you please make it so that I can set mouse-tilt left/right to mouse-button 4/5.
I have a 3 button mouse with scroll/tilt, some games don't like the key-binding route, but support 5 buttoned mice, so being able to set tilt to a mouse button would be perfect for me.

You should be able to do this with simulated keystrokes.
Just use {MB4} and {MB5} in the simulated keystrokes dialog.
BVear in mind that the tile does not offer support for independant DOWN and UP messages so your milage may vary.
