Litle help needed

Windows Version: 11
Mouse Information (brand/model): Logitech M650
Relevant Computer Information (CPU, RAM etc): ?
Did the problem occur after an upgrade of XMBC? (If so, from what version?): no
Did the problem occur after a Windows update/upgrade? (If so, from what version?): no
How long have you used XMBC?: & hour
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?: english azerty

Clear description of the problem - try and include as much information as possible, including what button and mappings you are having problems with (if applicable).:

I have since a few month big nerves problems including does in my hands
holding a mouse is now a lot of unwanted clics

I mouve the mouse with the left hand and clic on the trackpad with the right hand

I would like to add a CTRL press to validate any clic from any button

If this is possible, how could I configure it ? I have not found the informaton in the documentation or hav'nt understood it.
