Is there a way to create an action, that only applies, when a certain URL is called? So that the action is only available on that website?

Not really, XMBC operates outside of the browser and has no visibility of what's inside it. The best you could so would be to setup a profile that uses the window caption (which is often page specific but not more than that) in its configuration to only activate for the website with that specific window title. It might work, but it will depend on the site and how it uses the window title.

Ok, i will give it a try. Not a big thing, but i like to use those little quirks, if available. I have this particular website in Brave, where the settings for that site disable my mouse gestures, and maybe i can set up a profile, that handles the missing option.
