Hi, I'm trying to find a way for left click to also hit "d" key on my keyboard. When I hold left click, i want it to also hold the "d" key down. Is this possible on XMBC?
Thank you

As well as the click? And when you say hold down, you mean just down while the button is pressed, or repeated while the button is pressed?
Should all be possible with simulated keystrokes...
Just type d in the keys to send box, select method 3 (during) and un-tick the box "block original mouse button"
