I translate through a translation system to help me, but there may be some deviations in the translation.

I use 2.20.5, but some of the problems in it are not mentioned, I am a novice, hope to ask how to write how to solve this problem.

Assuming you don't want this to repeat, or anything fancy, then the following simulated keystrokes should work:
Method 1 (When button is pressed)
{F9}{ESC}{LMBD}{F9}{ESC}{LMBU}

You may need some delays in there eg. {waitms:50} between the keys if its too fast:
{F9}{waitms:50}{ESC}{waitms:50}{LMBD}{waitms:50}{F9}{waitms:50}{ESC}{LMBU}

The problem may be: when the mouse clicks, I need to long press it, at the same time, press F9 a second time and release, at this point release the mouse, click esc to release esc. After clicking, press F9.

I believe that's a clear description of your first message, which I thought my reply would work with. Where in the steps does it fail? What have I missed?
