keyboard shortcut to invoke settings window ?

XMBC Version: 2.21 beta 34
Installed or Portable version:installed
Windows Version: 11 Home (23H2 - Build 22631.3374)
Mouse Information (brand/model): Logitex MX Master 3
Relevant Computer Information (CPU, RAM etc): Intel i7-11800H , 64GB RAM
Did the problem occur after an upgrade of XMBC? (If so, from what version?): no
Did the problem occur after a Windows update/upgrade? (If so, from what version?): no
How long have you used XMBC?: few years
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?: english / canada
Clear description of the problem - try and include as much information as possible, including what button and mappings you are having problems with (if applicable).:
This is more of a question that a bug report. I was wondering if there is way to invoke the XMBC settings window via a shortcut either via simulated keystrokes or any other way from within the running application ?
