Clear description of the problem - try and include as much information as possible, including what button and mappings you are having problems with (if applicable).:

Hello,

I have mouse button 4 and 5 set to send CTRL+PAGEUP and CTRL+PAGEDOWN as simulated keys.

When I press the button, it immediately sends the keys.

I wish to send the keys on the BUTTONUP instead of the current BUTTONDOWN.

Is this possible ?

So to be clear, this means I press mouse button 4 for instance and nothing happens (I am blocking original input for firefox.exe)

I have a screenshot of my XMBC setup, but can't post the link to url nor attach it to this post.

profile firefox.exe
mouse button 4 -> simlated keys (pressed) -> {ACTIVATE}{CTRL}{PGUP}
mouse button 5 -> simlated keys (pressed) -> {ACTIVATE}{CTRL}{PGDN}

Oh wait, I just saw how to do it !

"How to send the simulated key press" "1. As mouse button is pressed"

Ok, awesome, I'm leaving this up for anyone trying to search for BUTTONUP BUTTONDOWN, I couldn't find clues to do this when searching this forum !

Yep, you already found it, but select Method 2, "As mouse button is released" in the How to send the simulated key press dropdown.
Thanks for leaving your detailed message for others!
