How to bind to mouse button key press and hold key at the same time?

Hello!

I need some help, i'm new to this software and I mainly use it for a game to automate tasks... like skill casting and moving.

All i want to do is cast skill 1 2 3 4 Q {RMB} and hold down untill the key is again pressed the letter N.

How can i do that, casting skills is easy to setup, i use simulated keys. But i don't know how to bind the holding until the button is pressed again the key N at the same time with the skills casting. Can some1 help? Thank you!

Later edit: I just found out about the '{Layer:next}' command... and that solved my issue.

For those that need this, do for exemple on the first layer on mouse4 like 1 2 3 4 Q {RMB} {Layer:next}
and and the second layer do Stiky key hold N. To release it i binded left mouse button as it helps.
