This is probably something really easy but I am looking to make it so that when I press and hold the letter Q, it presses and holds the Left Mouse Button. I do not want to disable the normal LMB operation so that to left click, I can either press Q or just Left Click.
Is this program both ways or only Mouse -> Keyboard?

Sorry, no this program is for configuring and remapping mouse buttons (it's kind'a in the name!).
I'm afraid it wont do that. You might want to look at something like Autohotkey.
