How to cancel LONG simulated keys

Post by tym3000 »

XMBC Version: 2.20.4
Installed or Portable version:installed
Windows Version: 10
Mouse Information (brand/model): corsair harpoon
Relevant Computer Information (CPU, RAM etc):
Did the problem occur after an upgrade of XMBC? (If so, from what version?): no
Did the problem occur after a Windows update/upgrade? (If so, from what version?): no
How long have you used XMBC?: 3 months
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?: polish

Clear description of the problem - try and include as much information as possible, including what button and mappings you are having problems with (if applicable).:
I use this simulated keys assigned to middle mouse button:
{F10}{WAITMS:20}{F2}{WAITMS:100}{F1}{WAITMS:1900}{F11}{WAITMS:100}{F1}{WAITMS:1900}{F3}{WAITMS:100}{F1}{WAITMS:1900}{F2}{WAITMS:100}{F1}{WAITMS:1900}{F3}{WAITMS:100}{F1}{WAITMS:1900}{F10}{WAITMS:20}{F11}{WAITMS:100}{F1}{WAITMS:1900}{F2}{WAITMS:100}{F1}{WAITMS:1900}{F3}{WAITMS:100}{F1}
This lasts about 14 second and I can't find a way to cancel it after pressing middle mouse button - so I have to wait 14 secs for this sequence to finish.
Please tell me what I am doing wrong :)

Edit:
I just checked it on notepad on 2 laptops with 2 mice - sticky repeat works (as I expected) on my 2nd laptop with 2.19.2 version.
Is there any difference between 2.19.2 and 2.20.4 versions ?
Or the problem is in laptop?

Edit2:
Updated to 2.20.5 and it works. Ty for help

The simkey tag {FLUSH} should clear anything still in the send buffer and thus cancel the previous sequence, but Im not clear, did 2.20.5 resolve the initial problem or was there more than one issue going on in your (edited) post?
