Scroll down bug in 2.20.3

XMBC Version: 2.20.3
Installed or Portable version: Installed
Windows Version: Win 11 Home 22H2
Mouse Information (brand/model): Plexgear Office
Relevant Computer Information (CPU, RAM etc): Intel Core i5-9400F, 8 GB RAM
Did the problem occur after an upgrade of XMBC? (If so, from what version?): upgraded from 2.20.1 to 2.20.3
Did the problem occur after a Windows update/upgrade? (If so, from what version?): No
How long have you used XMBC?: For years.
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?: English (Sweden)

After upgrading XMBC from 2.20.1 to 2.20.3, I noticed a scroll down bug in 2.20.3.

Even after I stop scrolling down, it continues to scroll down and only stop if I scroll up.

This happens in all progams including windows programs like the file explorer.

Mappings:
Mouse Button 4: Mouse Wheel Down
Mouse Button 5: Mouse Wheel Up

I have gone back to XMBC 2.20.1 and there is no scroll down bug.

Yep, I can confirm, its an issue with the most recent change (#810)... typical!, perhaps I should have saved that fix until after 2.20.3.
What was curious, is that it was only a problem for WHEEL DOWN and not up/tilt etc... Turns out to be a long standing issue with wheel down that I must have simply got away with until this most recent change!

Oh well never mind, 2.20.4 it is then!
I'll build it as 2.21 Beta 7 first just to make sure!

Yes, I confirm too. It may be connected with "mouse wheel down" - the same situation.

OK 2.21 Beta 7 does fix it, but Im going to leave it a few days to make sure I've not missed/broken anything else. So I suggest you use 2.21 Beta 7 for now.

Did some testing and 2.21 Beta 7 has fixed the bug.
