This forum does not allow for using of full / black circle sign

To my surprise, this forum does not allow or the usage of symbol &#x25CF AKA &#9679 as described on this Wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geometric ... ode_block)

Multiple other phpBB based forums that I have been using for quite a long now never had problems with this unusual character - but this forum displays it only in the Preview mode and replace it with the >> ? << sign when I Submit a draft for publishing

Sorry - thats the least of my concerns. I spent about 10 hours yesterday just updating to the latest phpbb and I'm sick and tired of it frankly!

Possibly, the update kept failing so the site was up and down, along with multiple restores of databases after the upgrade broken everything.
I think it worked out in the end - but perhaps I need to do it more often rather than leave it for three years! Unfortunately, Ive had less time to spend maintaining the forums than maintaining XMBC itself (and that's saying something!)
