Main window should be adjustable because it cannot be maximized

I would like to suggest making the window of the program be adjustable in size, to a liking of an individual user - an thus to be able to be maximized
And that is because:
A] The list of items in the Application / Window Profiles window can get very long vertically
B] The length of a Profile name can exceed the current limited width of the Application / Window Profiles window
C] Written down A Description (to show in button drop-down) can exceed the current limited width available for drop-downs
D] Some users have impaired vision and are forced to use 150% or even 200% scaling in Windows, further limiting the space available for their descriptions
E] For some users seeing small windows floating above others programs is just distracting, preferring a modus operandi of switching between maximized windows
I am using X-Mouse Button Control 2.19.2 Portable on Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 19042.746 x64 with changed size of apps and text to 150%
