More actions to Button Held
Today the Button Held feature has just 3 actions, please add more 3, with a total of 6 actions, so the users can choose if want use all actions or just 2 or 3. I miss more actions, I would use more if available. Thanks.

Hi, I will add this to the todo list, but be aware that I haven't released a new XMBC for a while now as I simply don't have the time to devote to it. I am still working on it (slowly) but this is actually a complex request with a lot of GUI and cursor elements so I cant imagine it will happen quickly, and certainly not in the upcoming maintenance release 2.20!
