Mouse Information (brand/model): microsoft 6000
Relevant Computer Information (CPU, RAM etc): E3-1535M v6, 48GB
Did the problem occur after an upgrade of XMBC? (If so, from what version?): No
Did the problem occur after a Windows update/upgrade? (If so, from what version?):
How long have you used XMBC?: 3 years
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?: En US

Clear description of the problem - try and include as much information as possible, including what button and mappings you are having problems with (if applicable).:

I want to one click mouse button 4 and it will do the action of left-click 20 times (or any times i wish). How to do that? Cannot be {LMB}{LMB}... 20 times

I'm afraid at the moment, specifying the same tag multiple times is the only way to do it.
There is no repeat tag per say, only the ability to repeat while a button is held down.
I think there is already an open request to add the ability to repeat the command tags but if not I will add it to the list.
