Way to remove or edit character limit (30,000) or loop a section or move into another layer?

Hi, first off, thank for for the wonderful program! This is probably more of an odd request than anything else, but I was wondering if there was a way to remove or edit the 30,000 character limit for simulated keys.
Alternatively if there was a way to continue to swap commands or layers to bypass this limit.
An example goal being to bypass the 30000 character limit by running 'layer 1 middle mouse' into 'layer 1 Mouse4' into 'layer 2 middle mouse'.
I did not update to 2.20 beta because I did not see anything mentioned in the noted regarding this very edge case scenario. Thank you!
