I have been using a Roku Ultra running Philo for about 5 months. Earlier this week I noticed that the stream quality had become very poor. It's very pixelated and noticeably poor quality (I'm using an LG 75" 4K TV).
I have a gigabit fiber internet connection (averaging 700+ down), the Roku is wired, and speed tests on the Roku show 90+ Mbps speeds. I'm able to watch 4K HDR videos on Netflix and YouTube with no problems at all. Philo seems to be the only service/app I'm having stream quality problems with but I don't believe it's an internet speed problem.

Re: Streaming quality issues
Sorry wrong place! Philo is nothing to do with me. Are you confusing XMBC with XBMC?
