How to set forward key to SHIFT

I just bought x-craft twilight 2000 it has 5 buttons and Idk how to use the macro setting in the software to change the forward key to SHIFT. Please help me I'm using xmbc v2.13.1 at the moment. Thanks

1. Use {SHIFT} not (SHIFT) - thats the curly brace not the bracket.
2. Select method 3 "During" not "Pressed" or "Released"

Try that, and next time, please post to the correct forum (XMBC) not general chat as I will be more likely to see it!
