I want know if thats possible: The x-mouse "read" one phrase and re-write this in a chat, for example, i click im my tab where was writed "Highrez" and the X-mouse re-write "Highrez" in the chat, that's possible?

No, XMBC if for controlling the mouse - it has no ability to read whats of the screen - sorry!
