Network connection

Post by chinigdha »

Network connection problems? i have recently bought a new laptop, and i try connecting it to my router, it connects, but the connection is limited and unidentified meaning i cant access the internet. i have 2 other computers on the network so i know its no problem with the router. if tried restarting the router/modem, i have tryed reseting the network adapter and also tried getting new ip settings. i have also tried turning my firewall off but nothing, any suggestions would be great, thanks.

This is nothing to do with XMBC.
Posts like this (especially if it is your only contribution) in the XMBC forum are just inviting a ban/removal from the forum especially as they are normally associated with spam bots anyway (are you a spam bot? :))

Everyone - please use this forum for its intended purpose, if you really want to try asking general questions, use the "other stuff" forum, but as the topic is completely unrelated to things here, don't expect any useful responses from other users here.

Thanks,
Phil
