Please help translation XMBC to your language?

Oh OK Thanks. Will take a look (although it wont now make it to beta 4 which I just pushed out).
I suspect because the item is enabled on demand, that somehow its missing the translation code!

Aha, spotted... Its an error in the translation file (my fault in the template)
"Always show the volume &On Screen Display" -> "Toujours afficher le volume à l'écran (OSD)"
should be:
"Always show the volume &On Screen Display" => "Toujours afficher le volume à l'écran (OSD)"

I've corrected it here for the next version.

It is an OSD for volume (and/or brightness) - the display itself has no trnaslations, just the option on the general settings page.....

But you need to be on Windows 7 or earlier (or 2008 R2 or earlier) - as Windows 8 already has an OSD for volume.

Its not optional on those older OS''s but is only visible when changing the volume from XMBC (using the media: volume up/down options or simkeys). If you turn this option on (which is only shown if your on Windows 7 or earlier - on the general settings page) then the OSD is shown when the volume is changed from any source on the master volume (ie the windows volume control, the keyboard volume controls and so on).

I hope Damien's screenshot helps, but what OS are you on? As I said, its only visible when running Windows 7 or earlier.
