Oops, so it is . Never mind, when I get home from work tonight I will release 2.7 which will basically be the same as 2.6 b9 that I've been running for the last week or so with no obvious problems.
Ironically, after adding all the usage limit stuff, I'm just about to switch to a new ISP (tomorrow) which has no usage limits
Check back later for the released version, but be aware that the site may be down tomorrow as I change ISP's (and maybe a day or so after if the DNS takes a while to replicate).
