Hi Phil,
On Windows 7 32bit, The Logitech setpoint drivers were able to be installed which allowed me to use the tilt wheel for page up/page down functions on my G7. Unfortunately Windows 7 64bit doesn't allow these drivers to be installed as they are supposedly native to the OS.
Still, I have no way to program these buttons.
I found your app & got excited when I saw all the customise options only to be disappointed when I realised the page up/page down option wasn't available..
Did I miss something & it is there alluding me or is it a problem to have this implemented?
Thanks for making a great App btw.
Cheers

Re: Page up/Page down?
Hi again Phil,
I have a slight niggle I hope you might be able to help me with.
The page up & down commands work, well, too well.
As in the page will very quickly scroll to either extreme if I don't get off the tilt button quick enough.
The way I was used to was I could lean against the tilt wheel all day & it would only go up or down 1 page at a time.
I tried the {wait<1>} after the {PGUP/DN} commands but it doesn't seem to work well & introduces it's own problems.
I hope I have explained the problem well enough.
Cheers

Re: Page up/Page down?
Hi,
The problem is the way the tilt works, it essentially (depending on the device) sends a repeat message ever few milliseconds. There is an option in general setup to try and "debounce" this, and smooth it so XMBC ignores the repeated messages but its does not always work (depends on the mouse).
I spent a long time on this a year or so ago because other had similar problems. But I never manage dot come up with a completely fool proof system, only the de-bounce settings. You could try enabling that and playing with the timing values and see if it works for you.
Thanks,
Phil
