I'm wondering if this XMouse Program can perform a mouse movement from let's say mouse button 5. As it, when I press mouse button 5, the mouse moves (x) amount of pixels to left or right. At a specific speed, etc.
Generally I am wondering if this program can make a one click 360 spin in FPS games.

Hi, no XMBC can not inject mouse movement at the moment. I don't know if it will be possible to do in a future version - I will add it to the to investigate list, but no promises!
