XMBC not working with Windows 11

How long have you used XMBC?: 3 years
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?: U.S. English

Clear description of the problem - try and include as much information as possible, including what button and mappings you are having problems with (if applicable).:
I use the X-mouse button control (XMBC) app to remap my middle mouse button when using one program only (Bricscad.exe CAD software). I have used it successfully for years with Windows 10. When I switched to Windows 11 I used exactly the same settings but now the re-mapping does not work. I exported the settings from the Windows 10 installation and imported them into the new installation.

The profile that I use is very simple and just remaps the middle button when shift-clicked to be a wheel roll instead. Again, this has worked fine with Windows 10 for years -- same computer, same mouse, same software. The only change is Windows 11. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

I found the problem -- I had to go to Settings > Modifier keys and enable modifier keys and also indicate which keys would activate which layers. I did not realize that the settings don't get saved when the profile is saved. Now it's all working fine.

Are you saying the modifier keys settings ere not transferred with the profile export and restore???
Did you use the "Save profile"/"load profile" buttons (which should do everything), or did you export/import individual app/window profiles?
