Couldn't find any reference to left-tripple-click configuration, nor double-right-click, that I wanted to use for adding more functionality to my simple Logitech mouse.
Is there a way to program these, or can they be added to some future version.

Re: Tripple click
Sorry, no there is no ability to detect tripple or double clicks (XMBC operates lower than the OS detection for double clicks).
As to if it could be implemented in a future version, not easily, because as with "Button Held" and "Button Chording" it would have to block the initial click until it knows how many times you have clicked, and then re-inject them if you only clicked once. Not only would that introduce lag, it would also not work in any application that blocked simulated input, or in other applications/games where the input is grabbed even lower than XMBC (like Direct /Raw Input) which cant be blocked by XMBC.
Thus it would be potentially unreliable and cause more trouble than its worth - you really need something lower level, in the mouse itself or mouse driver to do that sort of thing
