Can the program make the left click click at a time I specify when I move anywhere on the screen? If yes, how?

I don't think so, XMBC remaps buttons, it does not magically click them just by moving the mouse, sorry.
There is one possibility, you can create a profile for an area in a window (not the entire screen) and have XMBC execute a simulated keystroke when the profile is activated. You may need the latest beta for that, and as I say, right now, its relative to the window, not the entire screen so it probably wont be what you want.
