'Activate window when scrolling' not working with apple trackpad

Post by badbob001 »

XMBC Version: 2.20.5
Installed or Portable version: installed
Windows Version: win10
Mouse Information (brand/model): apple trackpad, wired (with these drivers: https://github.com/imbushuo/mac-precision-touchpad)

Clear description of the problem - try and include as much information as possible, including what button and mappings you are having problems with (if applicable).:
'Activate window when scrolling' works for a mouse but not when using the Apple Trackpad. The driver uses the windows precision touchpad protocol, so perhaps that is not supported by xmbc?

XMBC hooks the Windows mouse message queue, I guess the "precision touchpad protocol" is different and does not send the messages through the mouse message hook. I guess that the scroll combo boxes do not highlight in Orange either in XMBC (signifies XMBC is not seeing the messages)?
