Sorry, what do you mean by check/uncheck and application be shortcut? DO you mean an application profile on the application/window profile list? If so, then no there are not shortcuts per say... You can use the keyboard to navigate to the list control, then arrow up/down to select and space to toggle... but no shortcuts for individual entries in the list (I'm not even sure if that would be possible, given the contents are user generated?!).
