Updated to last version, when my computer start now the program open the window for set up. I need to close it manually. Can I set it and prevent this window to open at start?

The window should only open is you run XMBC more than once (or you manually open it from the XMBC tray menu). So that would suggest, for some reason, its being run twice at startup.

Check your Startup tab in Task Manager and see if there are two XMBC's in there - if there is, disable one of them.
If there is not, there may be a shortcut in the start menu "startup folder" or scheduled task running it too (not something that XMBC would have done itself though). If there is, delete it!

And by the way, the post template is there to be filled in, not left blank! What latest version (there have been 3 releases in the last two weeks - so its would be nice to confirm if you mean 2.20, 2.20.1 or 2.20.2, as well as the version of Windows your running - it might be important (although maybe not in this case!)
