Right button in chording doesn't follow the profile settings properly

Post by sutz »

XMBC Version 2.20 beta 8:

I assigned button 5 for Firefox as
Button Chording: Simulated Keys: ((pressed)[{CTRL}]
and in this chord settings I assigned two buttons, Left Mouse Button and Right Mouse Button
- Left Button as Simulated Keys: ((repeat)[{LEFT}]
- Right Button as Simulated Keys: ((repeat)[{Right}]
So they are supposed to do the same job now but for opposite directions.
But this doesnt really happens

If I open a wide page [to show a horizontal bar] (lets say I do this by opening an image in a new tab and zooming this page widely enough to see the horizontal bar)
Now lets apply the combination (BUTTON 5 + LEFT MOUSE BUTTON): It works perfectly, the page keeps scrolling to the left untill I lift up the button.
Now lets apply the combination (BUTTON 5 + Right MOUSE BUTTON): The scroll isn't continuous, It works only one time. It sends one press not (REPETEDLY WHILE THE BUTTON IS DOWN) Like the button setting says.
Now again, the problem is with the right button and not with the left, however, all settings are identical.

It is odd indeed - as I have just done exactly that setup here - and it worked!
Can you send me a copy of your settings so I can try your exact settings, in case I missed something
