There is an ability to change Media Volume which has a "flow": system volume is changed on till any media program is launched, if any player is working volume change starts to work only for that player.
Please add more options to select which volume to change(like separated System Volume, and if possible per application one).

I'll add it to the list, but All XMBC currently does is send the keyboard virtual keys to increase/decrease volume. Windows takes over from there so there is not much control I have. Anything else would require an awful lot of extra coding which I simply don't have the time to do right now.
