Cursor freeze after maximize/minimize

Post by xxxtent »

XMBC Version: 2.18.5
Windows Version: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Mouse Information (brand/model): Xiaomi Mi Wireless
Computer Information: laptop
Did the problem occur after an upgrade of XMBC?: I'm using it for the first time
Did the problem occur after a Windows update/upgrade?: don't think so
How long have you used XMBC?: 1 month
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?: English (US), Cyrillic (Russia)

Clear description of the problem:

my mouse have left btn, right btn, middle scroll btn, mouse 4
so overall 4 buttons. Drivers? I did not install them, it just works.

I did install XMBC to disable my side button (mouse 4), it's all good
But i noticed when i'm using Basic Theme in windws appereance and when i minimize/maximize window from clicking on app icon on task bar the cursor freezes for 1-2 seconds (for the animation time).

When i disable XMBC or enable Aero and min/max window the cursor doesn't freeze. Touchpad doesn't give freezees too.

btw seems like the dev is really good at WinAPI, keep up a good work!

Well thats a odd one. I have a fresh(ish) windows 7 VM setup here so I will try and reproduce it. Cant quite figure out why basic theme would change anything but we shall see.
