phpBB help needed -- signature not appearing

When posting to this forum, my signature text is not appearing. I've set the following:
In 'User Control Panel', _/Profile\_, 'Edit signature' I have 4 lines of text (=180 chars).
In 'User Control Panel', _/Board preferences\_, 'Edit posting defaults', 'Attach my signature by default:' Yes.
In 'User Control Panel', _/Board preferences\_, 'Edit display options', 'Display signatures:' Yes.

What am I doing wrong?

Nothing, I think signatures are disabled until you transition from new users to normal users (after 4 or 5 posts I think).
So the problem should go away after your next post.

This is doe intentionally because most spammers put links in their signature and this was a quick way of stopping that!
