What tool did you use to make your pdf document manual?

As the title mentions I was looking at your user manual and I find the design work inside of it fantastic so I was wondering which tools you had used to compose it.

If you prefer not to say I'll respect your choice either way I'm impressed with the work, if most manuals we're built in that fashion I'd be out of a tech job.

It was originally written by one of the users, MainTrane and I have tweaked and modified it to keep it up to date.

But it's all done in Microsoft Word - nothing particularly special!?
