wish for new combinations
Wish to use RMB + wheel scroll up/down to do something like zooming in/out font size in browsers.

Well you can already do that.
Use Button chording on right button
Use Simulated keystrokes for the wheel in the chord config window for the right button
And then send the keystrokes that increase font size {CTRL}+ / {CTRL}- usually
