In the template:

there are two spaces between Beta and 16.

So there are now 2 Poles making translations for XMBC? You and LiquidMX (who stopped doing this job as last time was active in April? Or else realised if you want to do it he's not needed anymore )

Thats why my search didn't find it when I counted!!

Yeah, I do all new translations from that time. He said he's busy, but maybe it's the way you said . Well, about half of translation is still his, so I can't take whole the credit and kick him out from the author section .

Taiwan Traditional Chinese has translated on 2.17

Damn it - thats crept back again - thanks for letting me know... Now to figure out what I did last time to fix it - and maybe a way of stopping it happen again every time I update the resource file

How do I know that the help window with the command parameter is also implemented by the system method and is not transferable?
I think you could rewrite the code, but it does not make sense:
1. This window can rarely be needed;
2. Loading user settings, language file only for the output of such a window will increase the startup / initialization time shown in the window (even if in milliseconds) - this is not good.

Do you mean the /? help?
That is not system, but Ive never added the text to the translation file (as its rarely used).
I could add it but is it worth it - I wouldn't worry about a few ms here or there on a window - the place I worry about a few ms here or there is in the hook code that does the real work!
