OK I have done it.

XMBC 2.4 is released!

Naturally, as soon as I had released it, I found the first minor bug. The BETA will not correctly notify you of the release. The code is identical to Beta 18 so no worries really, but you will have to manually go and grab v2.4 from the main download page :)

Thanks for you help in testing XMBC and providing the translation packs.
