XMouse Button Control 2.1 Released

I've just released X-Mouse Button Control version 2.1.

This version is primarily a bug fix/tidy up release. There have been hardly any new features added.
You can find it in the usual place, on the downloads page.

Once again, many thanks to everyone who has helped me beta test this release.

Hi Phil
Are there any possibilities that you can add a function into X-Mouse, which allow moving the mouse curser between two monitors/displays?
The problem is, that if you connect your TV to the PC, and you use windows media center on the second display (TV) in full screen, you cannot move the mouse on/to the PC screen.
There is a program that can do it here:

However, it would be nice to have this feature in one program.

Hi Luke,

Thanks for the suggestion, its an interesting idea. However, I have no clue as to how this app works, so I cant commit to doing it now. Im sure I have found similar ways of having media center maximized while still able to use the mouse on my other screen but I don't remember having to do anything special.

I will add it to the "to investigate" list but I can't really commit to anything until said investigation is done (and as 2.1 has just been released I'm taking a break from XMBC - although it seems there may be an urgent must fix bug but if that happens, it will be the only change in the next version!)


For everyone, please in the future can you create feature requests or bugs in a new post/topic unless it is directly related to another request/bug. I suppose I should lock the release notifications as they always seem to get bugs posted to them
