How send Shift + Scroll Wheel?

Post by rvanheyst »

Greetings,

I have an annoying app that does not process the horizontal scroll wheel/tilt wheel.

In order to scroll horizontally, the app requires that I press Shift while operating the (vertical) scroll wheel.

Does anyone know if it's possible to map Shift + (vertical) scroll wheel onto my tilt wheel?

Thanks!

If XMBC detects the tilt as it should (highlights it in orange), then you should be able to remap that (tile let & tilt right).
Use Simulated keystrokes, and {SHIFT}{MWUP} for tilt left, and {SHIFT}{MWDN} for tilt right.
If that does not work, try {WHEELUP} and {WHEELDN} instead of MWUP/DN

There may be some other things you can do to improve the experience - but lets get the basics working first!

Regards,
Phil
