Difference between "Override mouse speed" vs. default?

Post by boomergamer »

Hi everyone,

As someone new to the program, can someone explain what the difference is between having "Override mouse speed" checked on and off? Is it the same thing as the Windows default mouse settings?

Thanks in advance for your expertise!!

It allows you to change the Windows mouse speed settings (on the fly and per application if need be) but it is the same thing, all it is doing is changing the setting in Windows (and hopefully changing it back again when you exit XMBC!).
