Windows Version: 10, 64-bit
Mouse Information (brand/model): Logitech G305
Relevant Computer Information (CPU, RAM etc): Ryzen 1700, 32GB of RAM
Did the problem occur after an upgrade of XMBC? (If so, from what version?): Nope, and I tried various past versions including 2.19, 2.18, and 2.17.
Did the problem occur after a Windows update/upgrade? (If so, from what version?): No.
How long have you used XMBC?: 5 months.
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?: English.

Clear description of the problem - try and include as much information as possible, including what button and mappings you are having problems with (if applicable).: Trying to bind middle mouse click to Right Control, but {RCTRL} binds it to Left Control.

Seems to be working for me in 2.19.2 - just tested with a little tool called "ShowOff" which shows the keys pressed.

Seems to indicate that it is send RCTRL not LCTRL
