Smooth Scrolling for Zooming in CAD software

XMBC Version: v2.19.2
Windows Version: Windows 10 x64 (OS Build 19041.508)
Mouse Information (brand/model): Logitech G304, XP Pen Deco Pro M
Relevant Computer Information (CPU, RAM etc): CPU Ryzen 7 3700x, RAM 32GB dual channel, GeForce RTX 2070 Super.
Did the problem occur after an upgrade of XMBC? (If so, from what version?): No
Did the problem occur after a Windows update/upgrade? (If so, from what version?): No
How long have you used XMBC?: Still new/fresh user
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?: QWERTY EN US.

Is there any solution to make/emulate smooth scrolling in any apps?
Cause I want to use it to remap my pen tablet Wheel to Scroll, so I can smoothly zooming when using CAD software like NX, Solidworks, Inventor, etc.
