XMBC won't let Firefox Scroll

English Qwerty:

So starting like 2 days ago. I have not been able to scroll down in Firefox. I can scroll down in chrome and other applications. Just in Firefox I have not been able to scroll down or up. If i enable the scroll lock it'll let me scroll up and down. But then that disables it in other programs. If i hold CTRL and Shift and scroll it'll allow it.

I'm trying to get it back to just being able to scroll whenever.

When i quit XMBC it'll allow firefox to start scrolling again.

the only thing i'm using XMBC for is
Layer 1 -> Simulated Keys: (During) [{CTRL}]

this has be the only setting i've used for the entire time i've used XMBC.
Thank you for any assistance

Has your Firefox updated itself recently - what version are you using (mine is 72.0.2)?
Something *must* have changed if it suddenly stopped working?

I use Firefox occasionally and scrolling appears to be working as normal for me right now (waterfox is my browser of choice which is based on Firefox but a different build and may be a bit older - needless to say I haven't noticed any problems in that either).
