Clear description of the problem - try and include as much information as possible, including what button and mappings you are having problems with (if applicable).: I recently switched to a vertical mouse because of tendinitis issues, which led me to XMBC. To an extent, vertical mouse shapes trade comfort for precision. It's more difficult to perform certain tasks, particularly hold or drag commands. I've been working on finding a set of buttons, chords, or timeouts that would do the things I want to do. I think I've finally got things where I can live with the results, but have come up with a small wish list for future versions. I'm new at this, so if some of these features are already in place, please just point me to them.

________
CHORDING

I find chording with the middle mouse button nearly impossible, because it's buried under the wobbly scroll wheel. There's really nothing to push against to fight the wheel's movements. (Regular mice have gravity and the desktop to work with.) The Right Click is a better choice, but needs the 'Abort when the mouse moves' option enabled to support Right-drag operations. The trouble is, even simple chords move the mouse a little. The 4-pixel window isn't quite enough for my hands. It would be nice to be able to change the window to be a little wider than that.

_________
BUTTON HELD

This method works well for me. I wish it had a couple more hold thresholds than three, though. I would love to be able to select more than two layers (plus the normal one) by counting the little green dots in the cursor.

Hi,

I think I can quite easily add the ability to specify the amount of pixels to be considered movement before aborting a chord - I'll add to the list (if its not already on it ;))

As for the amount of button held items. I see your point but this may/will be a little more tricky. I'll add it to the list but I cant promise anything in the near future.

Regards.
