Can't click Mouse Button 4 while i'm holding down Left Click

XMBC Version: Latest
Windows Version: 10
Mouse Information (brand/model): cheap
Relevant Computer Information (CPU, RAM etc): i5 5th, 16gb
Did the problem occur after an upgrade of XMBC? (If so, from what version?): no
Did the problem occur after a Windows update/upgrade? (If so, from what version?): no
How long have you used XMBC?: 1 year
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?: Turkish Q
Clear description of the problem - try and include as much information as possible, including what button and mappings you are having problems with (if applicable).:
I can use Mouse button 5 while holding down Left Click. But It doesn't work with Mouse button 4. Any ideas?
Current mb4: 2345T
Current mb5: {LMB}{LMB} with 128ms delay
if i switch the commands it works but i want the first macro on my mb4
