I've got a mouse with triple-click button and i wanna make it double click
i cant do it because when i press the button it register as three left clicks not a specific button

Yes I'm afraid thats not possible with XMBC.
You may be able to write a script in autohotkey to effectively block the third click but its always going to be tricky to determine between three click from that button or three clicks of the left button. The same difficulty would apply to XMBC.
And also, you wouldn't be able to remap that button to anything else because to do so would require blocking the left click until you knew if there were three in quick succession - which may be effective but will probably break a lot of things (esp. games) and introduce button lag.
