Good morning, I formatted my computer and now I'm not able to install the xmouse button from version 2.16 onwards ... until version 2.14 it installs everything quietly, after an error, has happened to anyone?

Well for starters, you could provide the information requested in the FORUM RULES and new post template in the forum, which you seem to have deleted when you made your post, rather than filled it in.

Until then I have absolutely NOTHING to go on. I could make up a few random answers... like maybe try rubbing your belly and touching your nose while installing - that's about as good guess as any with the information you have provided.
