Yes, use this URL for 2.18.4 or change the numbers at the end to get any other version
2180400 = 2<major>18<minor>04<revision>00

XBMC version: 2.18.8
Windows OS: Win10 x64
Number of mouse buttons: 9 (Logitech M585)
Mouse driver: Generic HID (mouclass.sys and mouhid.sys)
Other mouse config software: No
Detailed description: Exactly as described in this thread.

I was under the assumption that the mouse 4 and mouse 5 buttons were damaged because my chrome profile with ctrl+tab and ctrl+shift+tab was working erratically (and even raised a service request). After a bit of research and reaching this thread did I realise that moving the mouse indeed does the trick!
Q. I was not able to quite conclude the ending of this thread- is there a fix for this issue?
Q. Is there any workaround apart from moving the mouse?
